Sam Stephenson Gor

Office Manager/Sr. Paralegal/Intakes

Sam is the Law Firms Office Manager. She has been with Herreman Law Firm since late 2003. Sam is responsible for both business development and marketing for the Firm. Under the direction of Mr. Herreman, she also interviews and consults with all new clients to gather as much information necessary to open cases.

Prior to coming to the Firm, she worked as an Engineer Scientist Specialist for Boeing. She obtained her AA degree in Legal Studies when the aerospace industry began to decline in hopes that she would someday help those in need of legal guidance to become responsible parents. While working full time with the Firm, Sam went back to school and received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Management from University of Phoenix. She has over 12 year’s professional paralegal experience in Family Law.

On Sam’s time off from work she enjoys watching movies, traveling, camping, and boating. She claims this is a great stress reliever for the high stress job of working with family law cases.

Richard J. Germano, J.D.

 Law Clerk

Richard is the Law Firms Law Clerk. He has been with Herreman Law Firm since late 2007. Richard is responsible for preparing documentation and research on client cases under the direction of Mr. Herreman. Richard interviews and consults with new clients to gather as much information necessary so we can provide the best service.

Prior to coming to the Firm, Richard worked in the legal field for approximately 20 years plus. In 1983 Richard obtained his law degree from San Fernando Valley College of Law in Woodland Hills, California.  Richard is an asset to the firm.

On Richard’s time off from work, he enjoys watching baseball games, live and telecast. He especially has a favorite ball player in his life he enjoys watching by the name of Justin Germano.  Justin is Richard’s son and a professional pitcher for the Chicago Cubs.

Jamie Zamora

Receptionist/Legal Assistant

Jamie is the Law Firms Reception and Legal Assistant. She has been with Herreman Law Firm since late 2007. Jamie has many responsibilities such as answering phones and calendaring staff appointments and scheduling consultations for clients. She is also responsible for accounts receivable. Without Jamie, our staff finds it very difficult to complete their duties. She is without a doubt an asset to the firm.

Prior to coming to the Firm, Jamie worked for a veterinarian. Because of her love for animals, she always wanted to see what it would be like to work for a veterinarian. She tried it and decided she liked helping people too. Jamie was raised in Huntington Beach California where she often enjoyed going to the beach. Jamie is currently very active and involved with her daughter’s softball team and playing a round of golf with her son.
